2. What Is an MJD Blind Box?

A blind box is a sealed mystery package containing one random 1/12 scale MJD figure from the entire collection. The character design remains unknown until you open the box.

Each series features multiple regular styles, as well as ultra‑rare hidden figures, adding fun and surprise to your collecting experience.

• Age Warning – Contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Recommended for collectors aged 15+. Adult supervision required during use.

• Size Deviation – Manual measurement may result in a slight deviation of 0.4”–1.2”.

• Color Variation – Product colors may slightly differ due to lighting, shooting angles, and screen display differences. All photos and videos are for reference only.

• Display Props – Background props and scene decorations shown in photos are for display purposes only and are not included in the package.

• Duplicate Figures – For bundled or full‑set orders, if you receive duplicate figures, please provide a complete unboxing video for after‑sales review. Duplicates cannot be avoided across separate individual orders of the same series.

• Randomization – Single blind box orders are completely randomized. We do not guarantee identical or unique styles. For a full non‑repeating lineup, please purchase the official full‑set bundle (if available).

• Hidden Figures – Hidden figures are randomly inserted in limited quantities. Please shop rationally and enjoy the collecting experience.

5. After‑Sales Service & Scenario‑Based Policy

We offer a 7‑day after‑sales window starting from the delivery date shown on the tracking information. Please contact us promptly if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims submitted after the 7‑day period will not be accepted.

6.1 Shipping Damage Handling Rules

If your items arrive damaged or broken due to transit issues, please submit an after‑sales request within the 7‑day valid window, accompanied by:

• A complete, uncut unboxing video

• Clear photos of the damage

Verified shipping damage cases are eligible for free replacement or refund.

⚠️ Claims submitted without complete unboxing evidence will not be processed.

6.2 Dissatisfaction with Drawn Styles (Personal Preference)

Blind box products are randomly allocated. Dissatisfaction with figure style, repeated figures, or failure to obtain hidden figures are personal preference issues and do not qualify for refund, return, or exchange.

No after‑sales support will be provided for subjective collection experience concerns.

6.3 Factory Defect Handling Rules

For factory defects – including missing parts, severe paint flaws, faulty joints, and other non‑artificial quality problems – please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video.

After official verification, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Damages caused by personal disassembly, modification, or improper use are not covered by after‑sales service.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

• Opened blind boxes – Non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable due to the random nature of the product.

• Unopened, sealed items – May qualify for return. The buyer is responsible for all international return shipping fees.

8. Blind Box Policy (Summary)

Once sold, blind‑box items are non‑returnable except in the following cases:

• Missing items

• Short shipments (items not included)

• Severe product damage unrelated to transit and manual handling
