    2. What’s a Blind Box?

    A blind box is a sealed package that contains one mystery BJD figure from the series. The specific design is unknown until you open the package.
    Each series comes with multiple collectible designs, and certain series feature rare hidden figures for extra collecting fun.

    3. Specifications

    • Scale: 1/8 BJD
    • Figure Height: about 19.5–20 cm / 7.7–7.9 in
    • Articulation: Fully articulated ball-jointed construction
    • Packaging: Sealed blind box with character ID card

    4. Important Notes

    This product contains small parts, which is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is required. Recommended for ages 15 and above.
    Please allow a size deviation of 0.4" - 1.2" due to manual measurement.
    Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography and screen display settings. All photos and videos are for reference only.
    Props displayed in lifestyle photos are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the product package.
    If you receive unexpected duplicate figures when ordering a full set or pack, please contact us with a complete unboxing video for verification. We will coordinate with the factory to review your issue. We do not guarantee zero duplicates for separate individual orders of the same blind box series.
    Multiple single blind box orders are completely random. We cannot guarantee all figures will be different or identical. If you want a complete regular lineup, please select the full set or pack option when available.
    Hidden figures are randomly included in the series to bring more surprise to collection. Please purchase rationally and thoughtfully.

    5. After-Sales Service & Scenario Rules

    We provide 7 days of after-sales support starting from the delivery date shown on the tracking record. Please contact us promptly if you encounter any product issues. Any after-sales requests submitted beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted. Sold and shipped by Buenas Doll.

    5.1 Shipping Damage Handling Rules

    If your items arrive damaged, broken, dented or defective due to logistics transit problems, please submit your after-sales request within the 7-day valid period. You must provide a complete unedited full unboxing video and clear damage photos as valid evidence. After official verification, we offer free replacement or full/partial refund according to the actual damage situation. Claims without complete unboxing evidence will not be approved or processed.

    5.2 Personal Preference & Style Dissatisfaction (No After-Sales Support)

    All blind box figures are randomly allocated during packaging and shipment. Dissatisfaction with figure styles, repeated figures, failure to collect hidden figures or personal dislike of the design are subjective personal preference issues. These cases do not qualify for return, exchange, refund or compensation. No after-sales disputes based on personal collecting experience will be accepted.

    5.3 Factory Defect Handling Rules

    For genuine factory quality issues including missing parts, severe paint defects, faulty joints, unqualified assembly and other non-human-induced defects, please contact our support team within the 7-day after-sales window with complete unboxing proof. We will confirm the issue via factory verification and provide free replacement or full refund. Damage caused by personal disassembly, modification, improper use, man-made collision or long-term wear is not covered by after-sales warranty.

    6. Returns & Exchanges Policydddw

    Due to the random nature of blind box products, all opened blind boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.
    Unopened and intact products may be eligible for return. The buyer shall bear all international return shipping costs.

    7. Blind Box Policy (Summary)

    Once sold, blind‑box items are non‑returnable except in the following cases:
