    A blind box is a sealed package that contains one mystery figure from a series. You won't know which design you received until you open it.
    Each series includes multiple designs to collect, and some series include rare hidden figures.

    6. After-Sales Service & Scenario Rules

    After-sales support is available for 7 days from the delivery date shown in tracking. Please contact us promptly if there is an issue. Requests made after the 7-day window may not be accepted. Sold and shipped by iDoll.

    6.1 Shipping Damage Handling Rules

    If your items arrive damaged, broken, dented, or deformed due to logistics extrusion, collision, or transit accidents, please submit an after-sales application within the 7-day valid period. You must provide a complete unedited unboxing video and clear detailed damage photos as valid proof. After official verification, we provide free replacement, partial refund, or full refund according to the actual damage condition. Claims without complete and valid unboxing evidence will not be accepted or processed.

    6.2 Personal Preference & Draw Style Dissatisfaction (Non-Support After-Sales)

    Standard blind box products adopt a completely random packaging and delivery mechanism. Issues including unsatisfactory figure styles, repeated figures, failure to draw hidden figures, and personal dislike of designs are subjective collection experience and personal preference problems. Such cases do not support return, exchange, refund, or compensation. We do not accept any after-sales disputes caused by personal subjective dissatisfaction.

    6.3 Factory Defect Handling Rules

    For genuine factory quality defects including missing parts, severe paint flaws, defective joints, unqualified assembly, functional damage and other non-human-caused product problems, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day after-sales window with complete unboxing evidence. We will verify the issue and offer free replacement or full refund. Damage caused by personal disassembly, modification, improper use, artificial collision, or man-made destruction is not covered by after-sales warranty.

    7. Returns & Exchanges Policy

    This is a blind-box product. Opened blind boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.
    Unopened items may be eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for international return shipping costs.

    8. Blind Box Policy (Summary)
