    2. What’s a Blind Box?

    A blind box is a fully sealed mystery package containing one random figure from the full series. The exact character design is unknown until you open the box, bringing unique collecting surprises.

    The Collector’s Set accessory bundle was only available during the official launch window. The limited launch period has closed, and certain exclusive parts may be sold separately in the future.

    5. Important Notes

    This product contains small detachable parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is required. Recommended for collectors aged 15 and above.
    Manual measurement may result in a slight size deviation of 0.4”–1.2”.
    Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, shooting angles, and screen display differences. All photos and videos are for reference only.
    Scene props including dishware and tabletop items shown in lifestyle photos are for display purposes only and not included in the product package.
    If you receive unexpected duplicate figures when ordering a full set or pack, please contact us with a complete unboxing video for verification. We will coordinate with the factory to review your issue. Duplicates cannot be avoided for separate individual orders of the same blind box series.
    Multiple single blind box orders are completely randomized. We cannot guarantee all figures will be unique or identical. If you want the full regular lineup, please choose the Complete Set option.
    Hidden figures are randomly inserted in standard blind box orders to enrich the collecting experience. Please shop rationally. The Collector’s Set is an exception, which comes with a guaranteed hidden character.
    The Collector’s Set was a time-limited launch edition, available only from June 30 to July 10, 2026. The launch window is permanently closed and will not restock.

    6. After-Sales Service & Scenario Rules

    We offer a 7-day after-sales service window starting from the delivery date shown on the tracking record. Please contact us promptly if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Any after-sales requests submitted beyond the 7-day validity period will not be accepted. Sold and shipped by Buenas Doll.

    6.1 Shipping Damage Handling Rules

    If your items arrive damaged, broken, dented, or deformed due to logistics extrusion, collision, or transit accidents, please submit an after-sales application within the 7-day valid period. You must provide a complete unedited unboxing video and clear detailed damage photos as valid proof. After official verification, we provide free replacement, partial refund, or full refund according to the actual damage condition. Claims without complete and valid unboxing evidence will not be accepted or processed.

    6.2 Personal Preference & Draw Style Dissatisfaction (Non-Support After-Sales)

    Standard blind box products adopt a completely random packaging and delivery mechanism. Issues including unsatisfactory figure styles, repeated figures, failure to draw hidden figures, and personal dislike of designs are subjective collection experience and personal preference problems. Such cases do not support return, exchange, refund, or compensation. We do not accept any after-sales disputes caused by personal subjective dissatisfaction.

    6.3 Factory Defect Handling Rules

    For genuine factory quality defects including missing parts, severe paint flaws, defective joints, unqualified assembly, functional damage and other non-human-caused product problems, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day after-sales window with complete unboxing evidence. We will verify the issue and offer free replacement or full refund. Damage caused by personal disassembly, modification, improper use, artificial collision, or man-made destruction is not covered by after-sales warranty.

    7. Returns & Exchanges Policy

    Due to the random nature of blind box products, all opened blind boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    Unopened and intact products may be eligible for return. The buyer shall bear all international return shipping costs.

    8. Blind Box Policy (Summary)

    Once sold, blind‑box items are non‑returnable except in the following cases:
